My primary focus is family law, including custody disputes, paternity matters, dissolutions (divorce), child support, spousal maintenance (alimony), parenting time (visitation) issues, adoptions, Orders for Protection, Harassment Restraining Orders and grandparent rights cases. I also do family mediation, parenting time expediter work, custody evaluations and arbitrations.
My other areas of practice include personal injury, wills, estate planning, durable power of attorney forms, living wills and probate, as well as business law representation and mediation services.
